چالش های پروژه:

_تجمع سه قطعه زمین و افزایش سطح بدون افزایش ارتفاع و تشکیل حجمی پهن و کوتاه

_گذر بن‌بست تاریک با همجواری‌های ناهماهنگ

_تودلی بودن ملک و شکست ناخوشایند در حجم و کمبود سطح نورگیری

_مجاورت فضای خصوصی طبقات پایین با گذر

راهکارهای طراح:

_تقسیمات ویژه با تاکید بر راستای عمودی

_جلوگیری از تعدد متریال و استفاده از رنگ سفید به طور غالب

_فضاسازی مبتکرانه و ایجاد یک پوسته پیوسته با سطح نورگیری بیشتر

_استفاده از امتداد المان های اصلی نما برای ایجاد حریم بصری

_بام سبز و تعبیه جایگاه‌های ویژه پوشش گیاهی در نقاط مختلف نما

Project challenges:

_The increasing of create area without increasing of height,because the site was consisted of three blocks

_Locating in a dark dead end alley with disharmounious neighborhood

_an unpleasent breakage in the mass and the shortage of light entry spaces,because of the peculiar location

_visibility of private areas of lower levels

Designer solutions:

_special divisions,emphasising on vertical directions

_preventing numerous materials and choosing white as the main color

_creating an integrated facade and increasing of light entry spaces

_using the main facade elements for restricting the view from outside

_designing roof garden and special areas for plants
